Ellen graduated from Marymount Manhattan College summa cum laude in 1980. She was originally licensed in real estate in Northern Virginia in 1988. Ellen is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and is currently licensed as a Broker Associate in Georgia. Ellen's primary focus is successfully handling all aspects of residential real estate, relocation and buyer's agency. Ellen is a Lifetime Member of the Atlanta Board of REALTOR's® Multi-Million Dollar Club.
James attended SUNY Buffalo. He was originally licensed in New York State in 1978, and has also been licensed in Maryland and Virginia. James has a background in contract negotiations, arbitrations and lobbying. He is currently licensed as a Broker Associate in Georgia. He is also a frequent speaker at international real estate conventions. Jim spoke at the National Association of REALTORS convention in Orlando 2004 in 2 sessions, and was the featured speaker at the Wisconsin REALTOR association in September 2005. Jim is a regular Internet columnist for Realty Times. Jim is considered and expert on: Internet marketing, marketing, nationwide relocation, and cutting edge technology.
